车床采用桁架式机构实现物料的自动上下料，根据客户加工件的要求，增加水浴槽以及气吹筒。气吹筒采用三段式分段独立供气方式，提高每段气管所在的高压喷嘴的气吹效果。选用万向、直通式、小口径喷嘴，较好地实现零件内凹槽的清洗气吹动作，达到客户满意的效果。
